Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 8, 2026  |  Contact: support.peptrack@gmail.com

This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy explains how Tuned Tech LLC ("PepTrack," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares consumer health data. It applies in addition to our general Privacy Policy, and it is provided for residents of states with consumer health data laws, including Washington, Nevada, and Connecticut.

PepTrack is a tracking and organizational tool, not a healthcare provider or medical device. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, or dosing instructions. Information you enter is generally not protected health information under HIPAA, which is why laws of this kind may apply instead.

The short version: The contents of your tracking entries stay in local storage on your device. Apple Health information stays on your device and in Apple Health. Your individual onboarding answers stay in your browser. We do not sell consumer health data, we do not use its contents for targeted advertising, and we do not share it with data brokers.

1. Categories of Consumer Health Data We Collect

2. Where This Data Comes From

All of it comes from you. We collect it directly when you enter it into the app or into web onboarding, or when you grant PepTrack permission to read body weight from Apple Health. We do not buy consumer health data, and we do not obtain it from data brokers, advertising networks, or other third-party sources.

3. Why We Collect and Use It

We process this information solely to provide the features you ask for: tracking and logging, protocol scheduling, reminders, dose and reconstitution calculators, progress charts, personalization of what you see, and Apple Health synchronization. We do not use the contents of this information for advertising, marketing, or profiling.

4. Where It Is Stored

5. What We Share, and With Whom

We do not share the contents of your tracking entries, Apple Health information, or individual onboarding answers with Supabase, PostHog, Meta, Superwall, Stripe, advertisers, or data brokers.

Limited information that relates to your use of health features, but does not contain their contents, is shared with the following service providers:

RecipientWhat they receiveWhy
PostHogCount-only events, such as the number of compounds selected or the number of weight entries, with no compound names, dose amounts, or weight values; and information about which onboarding screens were reachedProduct analytics and reliability
SupabaseAnonymous profile, access status, and creator-attribution records containing no health dataAuthentication and access state
AppleApple Health information you choose to sync, under your Apple Health permissionsThe HealthKit features you request

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, investigate fraud or security issues, protect users or the Service, or complete a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets. Any successor's handling of consumer health data remains subject to applicable law and to the commitments in this policy at the time of transfer.

6. We Do Not Sell Consumer Health Data

We do not sell consumer health data, and we have not sold it. We do not accept payment or other valuable consideration in exchange for it, and we do not permit third parties to use your tracking entries, Apple Health information, or onboarding answers for their own advertising.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

You can act on most of this yourself, immediately: delete individual entries in the app, use the in-app reset or account deletion control, revoke Apple Health access in iOS Settings or the Apple Health app, and delete records already written to Apple Health from within Apple Health.

To make a request to us, email support.peptrack@gmail.com with the subject line "Consumer Health Data Request." Because PepTrack profiles are anonymous, we may need enough information to locate the relevant profile or purchase, and if we cannot verify a request we may be unable to act on it. We will respond within the time your state's law requires. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response with the word "Appeal," and we will respond to the appeal within the period your state requires. Washington residents may also file a complaint with the Washington State Attorney General.

8. How Long We Keep It

Tracking entries and Apple Health information remain until you delete them, since they live on your device and in Apple Health rather than on our servers. Onboarding answers last only for the browser session. Count-only analytics events are retained according to our analytics provider's retention settings. We retain no longer than reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, or as required for legal obligations, security, and the establishment or defense of legal claims.

9. Changes to This Policy

If we materially change how we collect, use, or share consumer health data, we will post an updated policy with a new effective date and, where the law requires it, obtain your consent before the change takes effect.
