Delete Your Account and Data
This page explains how to delete your PepTrack account and the data associated with it. It applies to the PepTrack mobile app on both Android and iOS.
- App
- PepTrack: Peptide Tracker
- Developer
- Tuned Tech LLC
- Android package name
com.tunedtech.peptrack- Support email
- support.peptrack@gmail.com
Before you start: deleting your PepTrack account does not cancel a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed and managed by Google Play or Apple, and you must cancel there separately. See Cancel your subscription first below.
Delete from inside the app
This is the fastest and most complete way to delete your account. It works on both Android and iOS, and it takes effect immediately.
- Open PepTrack on your phone.
- Tap the Profile tab.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm when prompted. Your local data is erased, your server profile record is anonymized, and you are signed out.
If you also want the app removed from your phone, uninstall it after completing the steps above.
What deletion removes
| Data | Where it lives | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| Compounds and custom entries | Local database on your device | Erased |
| Dose logs and history | Local database on your device | Erased |
| Protocol schedules | Local database on your device | Erased |
| Reminders and notifications | Local database on your device | Erased and cancelled |
| Weight entries and goals | Local database on your device | Erased |
| Notes and app settings | Local database on your device | Erased |
| Display name and onboarding state | Server profile record | Anonymized |
| Anonymous account identifier | Server profile record | Signed out and disassociated |
Your dosing, scheduling, and weight data is stored only on your device. It is never uploaded to our servers, so once the local database is erased there is no copy of it for us to hold.
What is retained, and for how long
- Purchase and subscription records. Google Play and Apple keep their own records of transactions, and we may retain limited purchase records for accounting, tax, refund, dispute, and fraud-prevention purposes for as long as applicable law requires. These records identify a transaction, not your tracking data.
- Support emails. If you have written to us, we keep that correspondence for a reasonable period so we can maintain a record of the request.
- Device backups you control. If Google account backup on Android or encrypted iCloud device backup on iOS was enabled, a copy of the app's local database may exist in a backup held under your own Google or Apple account. We cannot access or delete those. Manage them in your Google account backup settings or your iCloud settings.
- Apple Health records (iOS only). Weights previously written to Apple Health stay in Apple Health under your own settings. Delete them in the Apple Health app.
Cancel your subscription first
Deleting your account or uninstalling PepTrack does not cancel a paid subscription, and it does not trigger a refund. Cancel through the store that billed you:
- Android: open the Google Play Store app, tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → PepTrack → Cancel subscription. Or visit play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.
- iOS: open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions → PepTrack → Cancel Subscription.
- Purchased on the web: manage it at peptrack.superwall.app/manage.
Cancelling generally stops future renewals while leaving access active through the end of the period you already paid for.
If you cannot open the app
If you have already uninstalled PepTrack, or you cannot reach the in-app control for any reason, email us and we will handle the deletion for you.
Email an account deletion request
Send it to support.peptrack@gmail.com with the subject line Account Deletion Request. We respond to every request and will confirm when it is complete.
One thing to know about anonymous accounts
PepTrack does not ask for an email address, a password, a username, or a social login. Accounts are created anonymously, which means we have no name or email address to look you up by. That is good for your privacy, and it has one practical consequence for deletion requests sent by email.
To help us locate the right record, include whatever you still have:
- The display name you entered in the app, if you set one
- The email address used for a purchase, or the Google Play or Apple order number
- The approximate date you installed the app, and the platform (Android or iOS)
If you have no identifying detail at all, we may not be able to locate a specific record. In that case it is worth knowing what would remain: your tracking data was only ever on your phone, so uninstalling already removed it, and what is left on our side is a row containing an opaque identifier, an optional display name, and subscription status flags. It contains no health data, no email address, and nothing that identifies you.
If you reinstall later
Reinstalling PepTrack after deletion creates a new anonymous account and an empty database. Previous entries are not recoverable, and there is no server-side copy for us to restore from. An active subscription can usually be restored through the store that billed you.
