What GHK-Cu's timing means for tracking

GHK-Cu has a short half-life — around 1 hour — with an estimated activity window near 6. It clears within a working day and does not accumulate between entries.

What makes its log different from the other short-acting compounds is the route. GHK-Cu is used both topically and by injection, and those are not interchangeable records. A topical application and an injected entry at the same nominal amount describe completely different events, so a log that does not distinguish them becomes difficult to read back later.

Vial sizes also run much larger here than for most peptides — 50 mg and 100 mg are common, against 5 mg elsewhere. That changes the reconstitution arithmetic substantially, and it is a frequent source of unit-count errors when someone applies a 5 mg vial's habits to a 50 mg one.

Purely as arithmetic, using round numbers rather than a recommendation. If a 50 mg vial were mixed with 5 mL of bacteriostatic water, the concentration would be 10 mg/mL. Measuring 1 mg from that would come to:
