What PT-141's timing means for tracking
PT-141 has a half-life near 2.7 hours against an estimated activity window of about 12 — a roughly fourfold gap between how long the compound persists and how long its effects may.
That gap is the useful thing to understand. A record that assumes the effect ends when the compound clears would consistently under-describe the day. It is a milder version of the same divergence seen with TB-500, and the reason PepTrack models both figures rather than plotting decay alone.
Unlike most compounds here, PT-141 is typically used situationally rather than on a fixed recurring schedule. That makes the log look different: irregular by design, with the interval between entries carrying more meaning than any cadence would.
It is also worth noting that bremelanotide is an approved medicine in some markets under the name Vyleesi, which is not true of most compounds on this site.

Purely as arithmetic, using round numbers rather than a recommendation. If a 10 mg vial were mixed with 2 mL of bacteriostatic water, the concentration would be 5 mg/mL. Measuring 1 mg from that would come to:
20 units on a U-100 syringe
10 mg ÷ 2 mL = 5 mg/mL → 1 mg = 0.2 mL = 20 units
