What BPC-157's timing means for tracking

BPC-157 has one of the shortest half-lives of anything in the catalogue — roughly 1.5 hours, with an estimated activity window around 6 hours and effectively nothing measurable left after about 8. That single fact shapes everything about how a record of it needs to look.

Because it clears within a working day, nothing carries over. Monday's entry has no bearing on Tuesday's levels. There is no accumulation to reason about and no loading period — each administration stands alone.

The practical consequence is that the time of day you record matters as much as the date. With a weekly compound, logging a day late barely changes the picture. With a 1.5-hour half-life, an entry recorded at 8am and one at 8pm describe completely different days. If your log only captures dates, it is throwing away most of the signal.

Purely as arithmetic, using round numbers rather than a recommendation. If a 5 mg vial were mixed with 2 mL of bacteriostatic water, the concentration would be 2.5 mg/mL. Measuring 250 mcg from that would come to:

5 mg ÷ 2 mL = 2.5 mg/mL  →  250 mcg = 0.1 mL = 10 units
